2. Services Description
FreshFold Laundry provides laundry-related services including wash and fold, dry cleaning, ironing, and pickup and delivery. Service availability may vary by location.
3. Service Bookings
- All service requests are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Submitting a booking form does not guarantee a confirmed appointment until you receive direct confirmation.
- We will contact you within one business day to confirm booking details.
- You are responsible for providing accurate pickup address and contact information.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed are estimates subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins. Additional charges may apply for specialty items.
5. Garment Care and Liability
We are not liable for: pre-existing damage not disclosed at pickup, damage from following manufacturer care labels, natural fabric wear, items left in pockets, or loss beyond reasonable care. Our liability is limited to ten times the cost of the cleaning service for the damaged item.
6. Pickup and Delivery
Scheduled times are estimates. We make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled times, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
7. Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of FreshFold Laundry and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreshFold Laundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
